Finally posting something!

It has been WAY too long since I posted but in my defense it has been a completely crazy month which included different sicknesses every weekend, doctors appointments due to a very early miscarriage (more about that later), play dates, pre-school, running around with our new (to us) car and many other important and non-important events.
Another factor has been that Anders has decided that sleep is not as important as WE think it is and gets up at random times during the night as well as really early in the morning. I'm the one who gets to deal with this and so I am extremely tired all of the time lately. At this moment I am yawning uncontrollably and wondering how early I can get away with putting him to bed. By the way, a three and a half year old does NOT do well on not enough sleep either!

We've also been having a lot fun with our little car that we received almost two weeks ago! Today we went to the L.A. Zoo. It is such a relief to have wheels to get around. It couldn't have come at a better or more needed time.
Speaking of reasons we've needed the car, I went to the doctor last week because my body was not working properly. I thought something was wrong but needed a second opinion. Low and behold I had had a miscarriage. Luckily it was very early on. So early that I didn't even suspect that I was pregnant! This experience was a blessing in disguise because I found a really great fertility doctor who is really proactive about helping us make this pregnancy thing happen! We'll be ready to think about it again in a few months and between now and then I'll be working on getting as healthy as I can and making sure that I have good health insurance that covers everything that could possibly happen.
I'll update when there is anything to update.

Here area few pictures of our trip to the zoo and one of our new wheels.

Hi! Sorry Anders has decided sleep isn't important. Megan went through that stage. You just have to be strong and let him know it is NOT ok.

Very sorry to hear about your miscarriage but glad to hear you found a good fertility doctor.

Good luck with everything. Love the pics of the zoo!!!!

It sounds like you have had plenty to keep you busy and away from posting! So happy for you to have a car. That Anders just gets handsomer every day.
