Well, it's 2010....

Well this seems to be my Christmas/New Years letter although I may try to make some kind of hard copy to send out to all of the lovely people who sent us one this year. We'll see how it goes.

For the New Year we celebrated by staying in, enjoying a glass of wine and trying to sleep in. Although that didn't really happen because Anders has now realized that he can get up and come in to our room to get us up. I decided that we need to have some cap on this habit or else he'll start coming in earlier and earlier. It turned out to be a VERY loud and disruptive stance that was taken and so I just couldn't go back to sleep and neither could Chris. So we got up and enjoyed the Rose Parade.

After a leisurely morning we made a big trek up to Mt. Wilson to see some snow. Apparently most of it was melted but we did find a few dirty patches to play in. Anders was in heaven and I got some good pictures of the day. We had a late lunch at a little bar/restaurant called Newcombs Ranch that was decent although it was obvious that there was no competition and because of this turned out to be fairly nominal. Maybe we just hit it on a down day...
Anyways here are the pictures from our outing.
I hope you all had a lovely holiday season as well!

Hi Jensens. Thanks for the pics of a bit of snow and your comments on Newcomb's Ranch. I have wanted to go up the mountain and have a bite there. One day maybe. You need a goofy State of California pass to park in the mountains. Glad you didn't get cited. When I turn 62and 1/2 I can buy a pass that is good at State and National Parks. Can't wait to get one and use it 'till I drop. Love you three. Dad
